Mountain Falls in Pahrump Nevada is truly the finest example of high quality living dollar for dollar that I have ever seen. It is surrounded with breathtaking mountain and desert views from every home. There are many golf courses and lake view home sites with custom homes available. We shopped around the city of Las Vegas for over a year before buying in Pahrump, which is a short scenic 40-mile drive from Las Vegas.

Absolutely nothing came close in the Vegas valley to what we found in Pahrump. There is complete peace and quiet in the neighborhood with affordable brand new homes and some with pool size lots. The nights are completely dark showcasing the skies for stargazing. The price to value ratio, great views, quality of construction, and builder reputation can't be found in Vegas. There is very little traffic which is why there are only two traffic lights in town. Because of the lack of pollution the view are stunning whether you are looking to the east toward Las Vegas or west towards California. Pahrump is only five hours from San Diego.

We enjoy the six minute drive from Mountain Falls Pahrump Nevada into town with close to no traffic to shop at Walmart, Home Depot, Smiths, Walgreens, or Albertsons. You can hit the DMV, county courthouse, and grab lunch all at once. In today's busy schedule time is our greatest asset and living here allows us to save so much time compared to the traffic, traffic lights, and long lines at the stores in Las Vegas.

The housing style in Mountain Falls Pahrump Nevada comprises of 9 different developments with Tuscan-style homes surrounding a community center. This is where we hang by the huge nearly Olympic size lap pool, family pool surrounded by lush landscaping, shaded pathways, and quiet playgrounds. How may places are there where you can jump in a 20 person outdoor hot tub, swim an hour in a lap pool, then relax with a drink by the pool under the watchful gaze of snow capped mountains?

I am not a golfer but those who do play love this place. Everyone I ask always says that it is absolutely one of the best first class yet bargain priced courses to play golf. It is accompanied by a pro shop, clubhouse restaurant, onsite instructors, and ample free parking. The 18-hole golf course has multiple rolling green hills, water falls and sparkling water features throughout.
