Buyers markets are sweet right now if you are in the market to buy. Home builders offer free upgrades as well, homeowners are busy lowering their prices and are willing to do anything to sell their house. This is because they probably own a number of homes or condos and are hurting as their mortgages rise while their current market value is falling. A lot of sellers are walking away from their homes because they can't be sold, nor can they afford to pay the mortgage any longer.
